Position Summary:

Support plant production needs for daily operation, changeovers, and outbound shipments. Primarily responsible for operating Spray Booth Operation, monitor deviation from standard performacne and/or quality.


  • Responsible for efficient operation of spray booth as it relates to safe operation, acceptable quality levels, and productivity. 
  • Monitors quality and color of product in accordance with scheduled quality checks throughout production runs to ensure established quality and productivity standards are met.
  • Ensure the spray booth, spray guns, mixing and testing related standards and best practices. Equipment is kept in a clean and fully functional
  • Perform product quality performance tests
  • Perform monthly Datapaq oven curve to monitor curing oven performance
  • Rebuild/replace spray guns as required
  • Visually inspect products for quality defects
  • Work with vendors/partners on spray efficiency tests as needed
  • Troubleshoot technical and/or quality issues affectively



Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
  • Experience in paint booth operations preferred. 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions
  • Basic Math skills
  • Must be 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift
  • Use of hands and fingers to perform job function
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Ability to lift and or carry up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to work in an environment with excessive noise and extreme temperatures seasonally.
