Position Summary:

This position will work closely with Production and evaluate current operations and recommend changes to streamline production and create a more efficient production line.  Developing work instructions and standard operating procedures, preventative maintenance procedures, and parts inventory.  Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to support production training
• Assist with developing training materials for new line operators
• Assist with developing and implementing the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program
• Work with Line Leaders create a more efficient production line
• Create PM training materials for onboarding new employees
• Recommend changes to eliminate quality issues
