- Responsible for the start & stop of all machines & auxiliary equipment.
- Responsible for processing machines, making machine adjustments.
- Needs to follow appropriate lock out/tag out procedures and other preventive maintenance procedures
- Responsible for making color changes, plate changes and insert changes
- Reads PCDs and follows instructions
- Responsible for making quality adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with quality department, supervisors and shift personnel.
- Writes 1st part approval paper-work
- Communicates with shift supervisor on machine downtime.
- Records machine down time in the system and creates appropriate documentation
