Position Overview

The FP&A Manager for NASP will be the key point of contact for the Corporate FP&A team and will be responsible for coordinating all inputs from the rest of the NASP Finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of all reporting requirements. This position will also be responsible for planning, controlling, and analyzing corporate spend categories for the Division. Reporting to the Director, FP&A for NASP, this individual will also participate in ad hoc analysis requests as well as special projects and initiatives.



  • Work with the Corporate FP&A to fully understand all corporate reporting requirements, methodologies, and timelines for reporting actual results and presenting budgets and forecasts. This involves communicating requirements to the various teams within the NASP finance and business teams, gathering and reviewing inputs for consistency and accuracy, and consolidating for timely submission to Corporate FP&A.
  • Be the main point of contact and consolidation of balance sheet reporting, especially related to working capital / cash flow, tracking M&A synergies as well as any special spending or savings initiatives.
  • Responsible for corporate SG&A spend, including budgeting and forecasting, reporting, and analyzing any variances together with the various cost center and budget owners.
  • Perform regular and ad hoc analytics around division-wide profitability and financial performance, including working across the NASP finance team to establish and deliver consistent reporting templates and insightful analytics.
  • Support division-wide projects and initiatives that may include system implementations or upgrades, process improvements, M&A initiatives, etc.


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or other applicable Masters-level degree preferred
  • Passion for reporting excellence
  • 5+ years of work experience with 3+ years of FP&A experience preferred
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience with Oracle Hyperion considered a plus
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task efficiently and take ownership with projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and complete time-sensitive duties
  • Detail oriented, with high level of ethics and integrity
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
