Basic Function: The Facility Manager is responsible day to day operations of the entire facility to include safety, quality, efficiencies and meeting customer expectations. This includes driving strategic plans that ensure production goals are met in the most cost effective manner delivering expected financial results.


Responsible for the management of the facility and for creating a safe and desirable work environment in order to produce an acceptable profit margin while excelling in service quality, and for maintaining regulatory compliance with OSHA,EPD and local POTW.



  • Responsible for finding and developing new sales and leads for service: Tank trailers, ISO, FracTanks, Depot and IBC service units.
  • Must be able to read and understand SDS’s to quote customers based on cleaning procedures.
  • Develop & Implement strategic service plans to support the Company in achieving profitable revenue growth.
  • Successfully propose, negotiate, and close profitable revenue opportunities and evaluate all customer needs daily.

ISO Depot Service

  • Responsible for managing the daily demands of ISO Container Customers Depot
  • Responsible for creating depot reports: storage, billing, and service dates (inbounds, outbounds, and cleaning services)
  • Responsible for direct communication with ISO tank owners to schedule and supervise 2.5 year testing and 5 year Hydro testing as required


Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP)

  • Responsible for submitting annual and quarterly water reports
  • Responsible for maintaining compliance with City and State.



Job Requirements


  • Previous plant manager and depot experience (minimum of 5 years)
  • Previous experience required with WWTP (minimum of 3 years)
  • Proven history of working safely
  • Strong work ethic
  • PLC knowledge a plus
  • College Degree and/or equivalent job experience
