Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for partnering with the Sales, Finance, IT and Supply Chain leaders on a broad range of HR initiatives and programs in support of the business, change management and transformation plans across the corporate functions
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for key HR projects and initiatives keeping in mind audience, content and sustainment needs
  • Lead organizational design discussions and support corporate leaders in org structure evaluation. Review current structure and recommend improvements to align with our future growth needs
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing processes and focus on improvement of tools, platforms and processes etc.; increasing the overall efficiency of the HR function
  • Develop and implement HR metrics to support Sales, Finance, IT and Supply Chain leaders. Analyze HR performance and develop reporting to achieve impact on key HR initiatives
  • Ensure the planning, development, and execution of Human Resources messages are consistent with company communication strategy and support business priorities

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline. Master’s degree a plus
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience in corporate setting, including generalist duties
  • Must have experience managing HR in a high growth environment; integrations, acquisitions and offshoring
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships with individuals at all levels
  • Strong business acumen with experience working with Private Equity desired
  • Experience in culture change and change management, organizational design and structure development
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans
  • Demonstrate resiliency in the face of change and be able to work independently while handling multiple projects
  • Strong written and verbal communicator, experience communicating technical and business concepts to a global employee population using varied communication vehicles
  • Must be able to travel 25% of the time.
