As a manufacturing firm, the most crucial components to our success are our employees and our machinery. Those who are responsible for the installation, optimization, and maintenance of the machines on our manufacturing lines form a crucial cornerstone in our operational success. This expertise takes many forms in the organization and offers a host of opportunities for Mechanics, Electricians, Industrial Technicians, Engineers, and Management.

A large part of our success has been the capability to adjust and adapt to ever changing technologies. Our technical staff are essential to continuing to improve our facilities and machinery, and incorporating best practices and LEAN optimization. Old production machines are refurbished to incorporate modern technology and safety equipment, while our newest machinery is adjusted to incorporate innovations in robotics and automation. This gives our technical staff a chance to utilize their existing knowledge and skills while also providing an ideal environment to learn and adapt with the changing industry.

As a market leader using a wide variety of technology and machinery we place an emphasis on training for both our existing staff and new hires to the company. Our production-specific schools go beyond the schematics and technical specifications for our machines and teach production best practices and processes. Providing this insight will allow our employees to continue to seek and find the next innovation and improvement for our production lines.

Apprenticeship Program

Mauser Packaging Solutions trains approximately 40 apprentices in 8 different occupations at 4 international locations each year. We are happy to announce that in 2019 we will be expanding our Apprenticeship program to North America. Our continued success hinges on our commitment to teaching and training the next generation of technicians and engineers who will guide Mauser Packaging Solutions into its second century and beyond.
