Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

Treasury

  • As important member of the Treasury team, develop and processes projects
  • Work with team to eliminate and reduce legacy bank accounts and help business to transfer to target structure
  • Bolster our US zero balancing pool, participate in cash management
  • Take over projects like train and enhance Factoring program and options, set up inhouse netting within our Treasury Management System Bellin
  • Help to support Sourcing with Vendor inquiries
  • Work with International treasury team to structure liquidity planning
  • Actively develop and address ideas for simplification and secure structuring

 

Job Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills and results orientated with a strategic mindset
  • Interest and motivation to drive and implement new ideas and projects
  • A Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance or Engineering
  • 7+ years in the environment of treasury, preferred Private equity environment and strong technical acumen in the area of insurance and risk management
  • Excellent analytic, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-directed, results-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to plan, organize and maintain attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an emphasis on presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to understand broad and complex business issues
  • Dynamic, proactive and decisive personality who adapts well to and initiates change
  • Ability to network with internal and external constituents, including underwriters, brokers, internal stakeholders and banks
