Basic Function:

The focus of this role will be to provide Administrative support to the facility and run the day to day Shipping Receiving office.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Greet all inbound and outbound truck drivers and direct to inbound or outbound dock.
  • Process all outbound paperwork and destination map for all outbound trucks including Fleet and common carriers.
  • Submit all signed BOL’s to IBM daily for billing.
  • Submit all inbound paperwork to Operations Administrator for grading.
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date Shipping Log.
  • Support operations team in producing Lot stickers, UN labels for out bound shipments.
  • Build and maintain outbound production schedules for Drums, Rebottle and Recon Ops teams.
  • Process all Non-compliant shipments (heavies) including all required paperwork and photos as well as all correspondence with Non-compliant manager.
  • Manage inbound Google doc schedule for inbound parties calling in for delivery appointments.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree a plus
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an office/plant environment
  • Must have strong oral and verbal communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Good troubleshooting skills
  • Basic mathematical skills used to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and use decimals and fractions
  • Ability to perform work in a mature and professional manner, demonstrate personal responsibility, and perform all assigned duties
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, as well as to accept direction on given assignments
  • Working knowledge of MS office and exceptional computer skills
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
