Position Overview

Reporting directly to the VP of Global FP&A, the Global FP&A Manager will be the key financial lead for all FP&A activities including internal management reporting, key performance metric development and reporting, forecast and planning models and ad-hoc business analysis.  Working closely with the management team, this position will also serve as the financial lead for tracking the achievement of cost savings and/or other sales improvement initiatives.  Finally, the Global FP&A Manager will be responsible for partnering with the Treasury function to drive the cash forecasting process and will also play a key role in the development of our multi-year strategic plans. 



  • Oversee the preparation of internal management reporting and analysis to support executive and Board level presentations, including
    • Consolidation of monthly financials
    • Preparation of monthly results deck for internal management and the Board of Directors
  • Lead ongoing and ad hoc analytics around financial performance, including working with business unit finance teams to establish and deliver consistent reporting templates and insightful analytics
  • Partner with Global Treasury to support key initiatives, including cash flow forecasting, working capital management and capital allocation/reporting. Also, assist the Treasurer with ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Serve as lead for tracking achievement of cost savings and/or sales improvement projects
  • Partner with Corporate Accounting to manage Adjusted EBITDA addbacks, including approval process, forecasting and ongoing reporting


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or other applicable Masters-level degree preferred
  • 7+ years of work experience with 3-5 years of FP&A experience preferred
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task efficiently and take ownership with projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented, with high level of ethics and integrity
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
