Basic Function: The FP&A Senior Analyst will serve as a key financial lead to support the global FP&A function. Involvement will include internal management reporting, key performance metric development and reporting, forecast and planning models and ad-hoc business analysis. Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A and IR, the Analyst will also support earnings release and other investor relations activities.


  • Prepare internal reporting and analysis to support executive and Board level presentations, including
    • Collect and consolidate monthly financials
    • Review/validate data for accuracy and consistency
    • Assist in preparing monthly results deck for distribution to management and Board of Directors
  • Play a key role in defining capabilities and requirements for the new Oracle reporting, forecasting and planning systems and support the implementation of those systems across the global business
  • Collaborate with the other FP&A business unit teams on global FP&A initiatives
  • Earnings release
    • Coordinate collection of data for inclusion in CFO’s Q&A documents
    • Prepare supporting analysis as needed to provide clarity into quarterly performance drivers


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
  • Passion for reporting excellence
  • 7+ years of work experience with 3-5 years of FP&A experience preferred
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience with Oracle Hyperion considered a plus
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task efficiently and take ownership with projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and complete time-sensitive duties
  • Detail oriented, with high level of ethics and integrity
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
